There is generally a formal Trustees' meeting during the first two or three months of each year, when most of the year's grants are decided.  The Trustees confer from time to time throughout the year.

The 2009 meeting has taken place and this year's grants have been decided.

The next meeting is expected to take place in January or February 2010.
